If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written Takedown Notice including:

  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send Takedown Notices to davidloydclub [@] gmail [.] com.

2. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material removed or disabled, and its previous location on the site
  2. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or ours) and accepting service of process from the original complainant
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notifications to davidloydclub [@] gmail [.] com. We’ll forward it to the original complainant; if they don’t pursue court action within 10 to 14 days, the content will be restored.

3. Removing Infringing Content

On receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, we’ll remove or disable access to the affected content as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may restrict site access for anyone determined to be a repeat infringer. If you believe this applies to a specific case, let us know with the relevant details.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Content

We act in good faith as an intermediary and will remove infringing content once properly notified in line with the DMCA, but we’re not liable for infringement arising from content submitted by others.
